2. Products and Prices
Prices are shown in euros and represent the final price you pay. Shipping to Spain is free; shipping to the rest of the European Union costs €4.95. The final price, including shipping, is always shown before payment and is the price that will be applied to your order. We may change prices and promotions at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
We strive to ensure that photos and descriptions are accurate, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. How to Place an Order
- Choose the color and quantity, and add the item to your cart.
- Enter your shipping details and payment method.
- Review the summary and confirm your purchase.
- We will send you a confirmation email with your order details.
We may cancel an order if we detect an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, or signs of fraud. In that case, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Returns and Warranty
You have 30 days to return your purchase, in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity. Full details are available in Returns.
7. Product Use
The Night Kit is designed to create waves in your hair without applying heat. Use it according to the instructions. Results depend on your hair type and length. Do not tie it too tightly, and remove the hair ties if you experience any discomfort. Keep it out of reach of young children unless supervised.
8. Intellectual Property
The text, images, logos, and design of this website belong to Rizos Sin Calor or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without our permission.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any damage caused by using the product in a manner other than instructed, or for website interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by law as a consumer.
10. Governing Law and Complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a problem, please contact us first. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the consumer services of your autonomous community or local council (for example, the Consumer Arbitration Board) or the courts in your place of residence.

We may update these terms. The version in effect is the one published at the time of your purchase.
