Shipping policy
Where we ship
Spain: free shipping to the mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Delivery times to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be slightly longer.
Rest of the European Union: €4.95 per order, with tracking. Delivery times are slightly longer than in Spain. At the moment, we do not ship outside the European Union.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days from when you place your order.
- Shipping to Spain: 7 to 11 business days from when the package is dispatched.
- Total time in Spain: between 8 and 13 business days from when you place your order. A few more days for the rest of the EU.
These are estimated delivery times. During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas), they may be extended by a few days. For Christmas, we recommend ordering before December 10, although we cannot guarantee an exact date.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking number. You can check it on Track my order. If your order arrives in more than one package, you will receive tracking information for each one.
Shipping companies
Correos, CTT, GLS or other courier companies, depending on your area.
Delivery issues
If your order does not arrive within the indicated timeframe or arrives damaged, write to us at tiendarizossincalor@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it: we will send you a new one or refund your money.
